A classic & glam wedding day.
Liz + Tim's wedding was such a fun day! I arrived to the hotel where Liz + her party were getting ready, and I started out by finding a spot to hang up her dress. Then I got started on the rest of her details back in the room -- I absolutely loved their save the dates featuring childhood photos of the two of them. So cute! Liz decided to not see her look until the very end, which made for such a fun moment when she finally got to see it! She went for full glamour and looked absolutely stunning.
I headed over to the venue next to meet up with Tim. He got dressed, and we all went out for groomsmen group photos. Liz and her bridesmaids arrived shortly after, but we only went outside briefly due to the wind. Then I took some time to go around the ceremony and reception space for detail photos -- and all of their decor was so classic and elegant!
Then it was ceremony time! Guests arrived and got seated, and then Tim walked down the aisle first, followed by his parents, and Liz's mother. The wedding party made their way down the aisle one by one, and finally Liz and her father walked down. Tim's reaction was priceless. The ceremony itself was short and sweet, and they shared personalized vows to each other. After a kiss, it was official!
Liz + Tim opted for a mocktail hour, and they each had custom mocktails, which was so lovely! Next, Liz and Tim made their entrance into the gorgeous reception space, and kicked off the evening. Tim's father started off the dinner with a very funny, yet touching speech. After a super delicious dinner, the maid of honor and best man each shared some great stories about the couple. After a bit of mingling, we snuck out for golden hour, and when we returned it was time for dancing! And, this group came to dance!! There was no shortage of early 2000 jams, and this group was an absolute blast on the dancefloor.
Liz and Tim shared such a special and fun day! I am so glad they chose me to capture it. Congrats to L+T.
