Andrew + Liz's Wedding Day
Liz and Andrew's wedding day was full of magic, love, and a few surprises! I met up with Liz at the Springhill Suites in Madison, where she & her ladies were all starting to get ready and having some drinks. My second photographer arrived shortly after that to help capture the details and candids. Then we split up, I went with the girls to Rennebohm Park for bridesmaid portraits, and Cara headed to the house where the guys were getting ready & do do the groomsmen portraits.
After a few rounds of re-planning, Liz & Andrew had finally settled on a backyard ceremony, and I am so glad they did! The ceremony was so sweet and intimate! I think everyone shed a few tears when Andrew surprised Liz with a second wedding band (check out that stunning ring!!). There were plenty of laughs, too.
After the ceremony, we headed to Period Garden Park for the wedding party group pictures. Next we headed to Tenney park, where the fall colors were on full display!! The waterfront views at Tenney made for a gorgeous backdrop as well! We ended up catching golden hour and a bit of the sunset, timing out just perfectly.
The reception was a blast - a delicious dinner, lots of home-baked goods, great speeches, a memorable song performed by the matron of honor, and plenty of dancing! Liz and Andrew's day was one for the books!
