Cody + Anna's Wedding Ceremony
What a gorgeous day! I met Anna + Cody through Anna's sister, Geneva (I shot Geneva + Randy's wedding earlier this fall). When Anna inquired about shooting their small ceremony on the day after Christmas, I was so excited! They decided to get married with just their closest family at the town hall of the city they live in (Cody's mom runs the town hall, so we had an in!). It turned out to be the perfect place and the perfect time! They tied the knot with a very short and lovely ceremony. After family photos, we went outside for the bride + groom portraits and it was GOLDEN! If the weather is right, planning to have your bride + groom session during golden hour pays off! After that, we headed downtown to the capitol for a few more night-time portraits before these two were off to the reception, which was held at Eno Vino. I am so happy I was able to capture their perfect day!
